  1. This is the first chance I've had to post this but, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I received my copy of Labyrinthos last week. I was out of town for work so I wasn't able to open it until last Saturday. It's been opened, played, and I love it so much! I sprung for the playmat for the game and it was well worth it. Great job on this game, Lindsey and Dog Might! It's very beautiful. The components are good quality and it's super fun to play. Will you be printing more for the general public to purchase? I have folks asking me about it.
  2. Check out Dan Cummin's historical podcast Timesuck. Episode 145, aired April 15, 2019, is all about Vikings! It's really good too. I learned a ton about my maternal ancestors. When being a Norse god - If you are a male god (Loki) then don't turn yourself into a mare in order to lure away a mortal's work horse in order to cause said mortal to miss a deadline so you don't have to fulfill a bargain with the mortal. You may end up giving birth to Odin's new horse an you'll never hear the end of it!

I really feel that most of the game is pretty well balanced except for Anna's special ability. Being able to take two options on the encounter cards is pretty OP and can quickly upset the balance of the game's economy. I wasn't in a great position to stop her and the other two players were brand new so they had no idea what Anna/Polania is capable of. The sad part is, we selected our boards randomly and the whole time I was just praying that my wife wouldn't get Polania. But, s
  5. Here's a shot of the game about midway through.
  6. I taught my nephew and his wife Scythe on Friday night. My wife won, as per usual.
  7. I made it! Now, how do I get started?
