New Stuff Coming Out of the Wood Shop

I love that rolling tray with the tealights! We always light candles for our D&D sessions, so it would be perfect. Quick (dumb) question though - is there any chance of burning the wood or having wax transfer onto the wood as the tea lights melt down? I’d hate for such a beautiful piece to get damaged.

With the catalyzed lacquer, once the wax dries, it will flake right off.

So, our new artist has been busy drawing scenes to engrave on our Valhalla Screens. Here's the first two...more to come.

Wow!  I love this! Especially like the second one's colors.

LOL.  I like the color of the first one better than the second one.

It is pretty too. I just tend to gravitate to a darker color scheme : ).

Nice scenes.  I think the engraving can give people a nice look at a lower price point from the sculpts.

True - which is very nice as opposed to just the 'plain screen'.

I like the new experimental stains on the dragon though.. not normally a yellow person, but I think I like that one over the red & black.

The finishing crew is doing a nice job experimenting. The hardest part will be for @Zoe coming up with new names for them.

I thought of "hotdog" when I saw the yellow and red.

Several are gone in fact.  They're flying off the shelves! :D

Yeah, they move consistently and quick. We aren't going to have many for PAX

LOL - well I have some good friends who might not be able to resist a Ruby Spellbook if you had one at PAX :D

Although they'd probably kill me for getting you to tempt them like that :D

@Thomas Browne Your Red Heart rails are in finishing! Oh boy, they do look sweet.

What mat are you getting with your topper? I need to visualize the whole package together.

They should ship to Burky tomorrow in plenty of time for the PAX rendezvous.

I've just got the thicker plain red mat for it (for both the one panel and two panel configurations).

Excellent news - I can't wait to see them!  <that's a hint for pics if you didn't realize ;) >

I will see what I can do tomorrow. I want to do a dry fit first.

We just took pics of a bunch of new stock stuff. Once the camera is open, I will get some and post here. We have been letting each coat dry and then checking for depth on the topper. Even though it isn't much, each coat adds a bit of height. We just put on the last coat. They look perfect. And very shiny. I do believe, you will be pleased. And they are flat as can be.

New stock going up now. There's a lot of it. And more Valhalla Screens coming a little later.
