So, we will be releasing our new Wooden Dice to the world this Friday. Probably around 10am but don't quote me on that. I am P.U.M.P.E.D.

As in EDT.  Speaking from experience, don't let the timezone bite you.

Friday feels so far awaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.........

Always does. I joke that I have 4 Mondays a week, followed by a Friday, then the weekend.

Good news is, today is Monday #4!

@Konas can you tell us about any of your favorites, or is it total secrecy until Friday?

Not total secrecy at all. I love the Bocote, any of the Rosewoods, Chakte Viga, and Chacate Preto. I am a sucker for the heavy contrast, wildly grained woods.

So, I just posted the first in a short series of articles talking about some of the topics the Underdogs brought up during our prototyping for Wooden Dice. Check it out here:

So my week looks like this:

Monday 1, Monday 2, Monday 3, Monday 4, Friday, Cost of Doing Business, Cost of Doing Business. Sweet!

I had 6 months of 75 hour weeks.  When I didn't work on Sunday, it felt like a 3 day weekend.  On the plus side, it was hourly pay, so I banked a lot of cash, and still bought a flat screen TV for watching March Madness.

This is probably why I've never been disappointed in your recommendations @Konas

Never heard of Chakte Viga.  I'll have to look that one up.

Back in college I was working everyday of the week. Besides a full load of classes, I was working 2 part time jobs. I remember when a holiday came and I had one full day off. It was so wonderful. My friends and I kept discussion throughout the day that we would do something special like go to the beach (we were in Florida), but we didn't do anything more special than surf the net and play video games as we were so wore out.
